MotlieMall Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Anyone aged 18 or above can join the MotlieMall Affiliate Program.

  • Affiliates must provide accurate personal and payment details.

  • MotlieMall reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.

2. Affiliate Account Usage

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate login details.

  • Your promotional activities must strictly follow MotlieMall’s guidelines.

  • Misuse of the affiliate account may result in suspension or termination.

3. Referral & Commission Rules

  • Commissions are earned only when a referred user signs up or purchases a paid plan using your unique referral link.

  • Self-referrals or signups using your own link are strictly prohibited.

  • Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent referrals will not be counted.

  • Commission rates are determined by MotlieMall and may change with prior notice.

4. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

  • You may promote MotlieMall through social media, websites, blogs, WhatsApp, or email (no spamming).

  • Affiliates must NOT:

    • Use misleading information or false claims

    • Run paid ads using MotlieMall’s brand name without written permission

    • Create fake pages, impersonate MotlieMall, or promise unrealistic benefits

  • All promotional content must be ethical, legal, and compliant with advertising norms.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

  • Payments are processed once the minimum payout threshold is reached.

  • Payout threshold: ₹500 (or as updated by MotlieMall)

  • Payment options: UPI, Bank Transfer, Wallet

  • Commissions are paid after verifying the referral’s authenticity and clearing any refund periods.

  • Payout delays may occur due to network or verification processes.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Invalid Transactions

  • If a referred customer asks for a refund or cancels their plan, the earned commission becomes void.

  • Any chargeback or disputed transaction results in commission reversal.

  • Fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination.

7. Prohibited Actions

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use spam, bots, or fake traffic

  • Misrepresent MotlieMall’s services

  • Use unauthorized discount codes

  • Promote on illegal or adult platforms

  • Create conflicting or confusing brand identities

Violation may lead to immediate termination from the program.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, banners, and marketing materials provided by MotlieMall remain its property.

  • Affiliates may use them only for promoting MotlieMall and must not modify them without permission.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

MotlieMall may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Policies are violated

  • Inactive behavior continues for more than 6 months

  • Misleading or harmful promotions are used

Upon termination, pending commissions may be withheld.

10. Program Changes

  • MotlieMall reserves the right to update commission structures, payout systems, rules, or the entire affiliate program at any time.

  • Affiliates will be informed through email or dashboard notifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

MotlieMall is not responsible for:

  • Loss of earnings due to policy updates

  • Technical issues, downtime, or tracking delays

  • Affiliate misuse of promotional materials

Affiliates participate at their own risk.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the MotlieMall Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, all updates, and all operational guidelines.
