1. Eligibility for Collaboration

  • Any individual, business, freelancer, service provider, seller, or brand can collaborate with MotlieMall.

  • All collaborators must provide accurate business details, service descriptions, and product information.

  • MotlieMall reserves the right to approve or reject any profile based on quality standards.

2. Free Profile Listing

  • Creating a profile on MotlieMall is completely free of cost.

  • Collaborators may list their business, service, or products without any upfront charges.

  • All listings must comply with MotlieMall’s quality, authenticity, and content guidelines.

3. Commission-Based Model

  • MotlieMall charges a collaboration commission on every confirmed order generated through the platform.

  • Commission percentage varies based on:

    • Product category

    • Service type

    • Market margin

    • Pricing structure

  • Commission will be communicated during onboarding and may be updated based on market conditions.

  • Commission is applicable on:

    • Product sales

    • Completed services

    • Lead conversions (if applicable per category)

4. Order Processing & Payments

  • Collaborators must ensure timely delivery of products or completion of services.

  • Any delay or failure may result in penalties or listing suspension.

  • Payments will be settled after deducting MotlieMall’s commission.

  • Payment timelines depend on the category and may vary between 1–15 working days.

5. Pricing & Transparency

  • Collaborators must provide clear and accurate pricing.

  • Hidden charges or misleading information are not allowed.

  • Price updates must be communicated promptly.

6. Quality & Responsibility

  • All collaborators must maintain high-quality service or product standards.

  • Products must be genuine, non-defective, and accurately described.

  • Services must be provided professionally and within committed timelines.

  • Complaints from customers may lead to:

    • Warnings

    • Temporary suspension

    • Permanent removal depending on severity

7. Content & Listing Guidelines

  • All images, descriptions, and details must be original and truthful.

  • Misleading content, copyright violations, or inappropriate materials are prohibited.

  • MotlieMall may edit, optimize, or remove content that doesn’t meet guidelines.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • Collaborators must follow category-specific cancellation and refund rules.

  • In case of cancellations initiated by the collaborator, commissions may still apply depending on the situation.

  • Customer disputes will be handled by MotlieMall, and the decision will be final.

9. Compliance & Legal Obligations

  • All collaborators must comply with local laws, taxation rules, product safety standards, and business regulations.

  • MotlieMall is not responsible for legal issues arising from the collaborator’s products or services.

10. Policy Updates

  • MotlieMall reserves the right to modify or update these Collaboration Policies at any time.

  • Updated policies will be posted on the platform and effective immediately.

  • Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

11. Termination of Collaboration

MotlieMall may suspend or terminate collaboration for:

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Poor customer service

  • Non-cooperation

  • Legal issues arising from the collaborator

Collaborators can also request account termination at any time.
