Motlie Mall is an online marketplace and marketing platform where independent sellers (“Vendors”) offer products and services to customers (“Buyers”). Because we work with multiple Vendors, shipping and refund processes may vary depending on the seller. However, this policy outlines the general standards and expectations across the platform.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing Time
Each Vendor is responsible for preparing and shipping orders.
Processing times may vary but are typically 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Vendors may use different couriers depending on location and availability.
Estimated delivery times are displayed on product pages or during checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary due to Vendor location, courier delays, customs issues, or unforeseen events.
Typical delivery windows:
Local orders: 2–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
1.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are set by each Vendor and will be displayed during checkout.
Some Vendors may offer free shipping or promotional discounts.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, Buyers may receive a tracking number (depending on Vendor shipping options).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
1.5 Delivery Issues
Buyers should contact the Vendor or Motlie Mall support if:
A package is significantly delayed
Tracking information stops updating
The order arrives damaged
The wrong item is delivered
Motlie Mall may mediate but does not guarantee outcomes for carrier-related issues.
2. Refund & Return Policy
2.1 General Refund Rules
Because products are sold by independent Vendors, refund and return rules may vary.
However, Vendors must clearly state their refund policies on their product pages.
Unless otherwise noted, the following general rules apply:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery (Vendor dependent).
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or custom nature. Examples include:
Opened cosmetics or skincare
Underwear or intimate items
Customized or personalized products
Digital goods or downloadable items
Perishable items
Specific exclusions vary by Vendor.
2.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact the Vendor or Motlie Mall support within 48–72 hours of delivery.
Provide photos or videos of the issue.
The Vendor may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
2.4 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
It may take 3–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Motlie Mall is not responsible for delays from banks or payment processors.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
Buyers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the Vendor states otherwise.
If the item is defective or incorrect, the Vendor may cover return shipping.
2.6 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the Vendor processes or ships them.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible you must request a return instead.
