Motlie Mall may remove listings or restrict Vendor accounts that violate policies.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate purchase information.
Pay for all orders placed on the Platform.
Review Vendor policies (shipping, returns, warranties) before completing a purchase.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.
Motlie Mall may charge fees for using the Platform, which will be disclosed before purchase.
Motlie Mall is not liable for issues arising from third-party payment processors but may assist in resolving disputes.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Shipping, delivery, and return processes are primarily managed by Vendors.
Vendors must clearly communicate:
Shipping methods and timelines
Return and refund policies
Warranty or guarantee information (if applicable)
Buyers should review Vendor-specific policies before completing a transaction.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
Violate any laws or third-party rights
Upload harmful or malicious content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
Use the Platform for fraud, scams, or unauthorized advertising
Post misleading, offensive, or deceptive content
We may suspend accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

11. Disclaimers

That products/services will meet Buyers’ expectations
Motlie Mall is not liable for issues related to Vendor content or products.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Motlie Mall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) within the past 30 days.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Motlie Mall harmless from claims arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party rights
14. Account Termination
